Een van de meest vervelende gevolgen van de moderne levensstijl is wit haar. Niets komt overeen met de angst die je voelt bij het verschijnen van je eerste witte streng. Het voorkomen van wit haar met ouderdom is duidelijk. Maar als je ze in je vroege jaren 30 en soms zelfs in de twintig opmerkt, is dat absoluut ontmoedigend. Wat veroorzaakt wit haar?

Het vroege begin van grijs haar treedt op vanwege de volgende factoren:
1. Genen
Dr. K. Harish Kumar, MD, DVL, zegt: "Genen zijn de belangrijkste factor bij het bepalen op welke leeftijd je haar pigment verliest." Bij sommige mensen kan het al gebeuren voordat ze 20 worden. Voor anderen verschijnen de eerste witte strengen vrij laat (1).

6. Stress

- 2 tablespoons of black tea
- 1 cup of water
Process
- Boil two tablespoons of black tea in a cup of water until it is well brewed.
- Set the brew aside to cool.
- Strain the liquid and apply it to your hair and scalp.
- Massage your scalp for a couple of minutes and wait for about an hour with the tea in your hair.
- Wash your hair with a mild sulfate-free shampoo and finish with conditioner.

3. Curry Leaves And Coconut Oil

- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
